Real Estate · RemoteCold Caller (Real Estate)
You are the first voice a homeowner hears, turning a cold list into real conversations and booked appointments for a US investment team.

Virtual Cold Caller Jobs for US Clients
Your day starts with a dialer, a skip-traced list of homeowners, and a script you know by heart. You work the list in blocks, and most people say no. Then someone mentions an empty rental, a tired landlord situation, or an inherited house, and you slow down, ask better questions, and find out whether there is a real reason to sell. That conversation is the whole job.
VAinUSA hires cold callers from anywhere in the world; what matters is warm, clear phone English and the stamina to keep dialing long after the tenth no. This is a work from home role built around your reliability, not your location. You never pay a fee to be placed. The US companies hiring cover that, so applying costs you nothing but the time it takes to record a short voice sample.
You sit at the front of a small acquisitions team: a lead manager who feeds you the list, one or two closers who take the appointments you set, and a client who watches the booking numbers every week. Callers who book consistently often move up into follow up or acquisitions within a year, because they already know how sellers talk.
What You'll Do
- Work Outbound Call Blocks: Run 4 to 6 hours on the dialer each day, often past 200 dials, hunting the handful of live conversations hiding in the list.
- Qualify Motivated Sellers: Ask about condition, timeline, price expectation, and the reason behind a sale, so the closers know what they are walking into.
- Book Appointments for Closers: Set the seller on a specific day and time with the acquisitions manager, then confirm it by text before you hang up.
- Handle Objections on Script: Use the client's rebuttal sheet for 'not interested' and 'what is your offer' without arguing or pushing past a real no.
- Disposition Every Call: Tag each number in the CRM as answered, wrong number, callback, or do not contact, so the list stays clean for tomorrow.
- Report Your Numbers Daily: Send dials, contacts, and appointments set to your client at the end of shift, and flag any list segment producing nothing.

What You Get
Weekly Pay + Bonuses
You are paid weekly in USD for your call hours, with bonuses on top for appointments that show up and deals that close.
A Real US Team
You dial for one investment team with a name, a market, and a closer you speak to daily. This is not a call center floor selling anything to anyone.
AI-Enabled Tools + Coaching
Your calls are summarized and dispositioned by AI so the block stays spent on talking, and a coach reviews recordings with you until your opener lands.
Room to Grow
Strong callers get first look at follow up and acquisitions seats on the same team, where the hourly range and the bonus structure both step up.

Interview with Us
We run a live call where you read a seller script cold and take a few objections from us. We are listening for tone and recovery, not a flawless run.
Meet Your Client
You meet the investment team, hear their market and their buy box, and see the dialer and list they use before anyone commits.
Start Calling
You open with a paid training week of recorded calls and daily feedback, then move onto full call blocks once your opener is steady.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I Need Cold Calling Experience to Apply?
No, and many of our strongest callers started with none. What cannot be trained quickly is a warm, clear speaking voice and the nerve to keep going after a stranger hangs up on you. If you bring those, the scripts, the objections, and the qualifying questions are all taught during your first paid week.
What Hours Will I Work?
You call during your client's local business hours, typically a 4 to 6 hour block plus a short admin window. Most teams want you dialing late morning and again in the early evening, when homeowners are near their phones. The block is fixed and agreed with the client before you start, so you can plan your week around it.
Can I Apply If I'm Not Based in the Philippines?
Yes. Our callers are hired from anywhere in the world, and no country has ever been a qualification here. What the client checks is whether your English is warm and easy to follow on a phone line, and whether you show up for every scheduled block. Plenty of our callers work from home in Latin America, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
How Much Do Remote Cold Callers Earn?
The market range for this role is $5 to $7 / hr, paid weekly in USD, plus bonuses on appointments set and deals closed. Movement inside that range tracks your call volume and your show-up rate, since a booked appointment nobody attends helps no one. Your exact rate is confirmed with you before you accept a placement.
What Dialer and List Will I Use?
The client provides all of it: the dialer (often Mojo, CallTools, or Batch Dialer), the skip-traced list, the CRM, and the scripts. You never buy leads or software to work here. Setup takes about a day, and your trainer sits with you through the first block until the flow feels normal.
What Equipment Do I Need?
A reliable computer, stable internet with a wired connection if you can manage one, a quiet room, and a USB headset with a noise cancelling microphone. Line quality decides more calls than script quality does. If a rooster, a highway, or a shared room is audible behind you, sellers hang up before your opener finishes.
Is This a Long-Term Job or a Short Gig?
These are long-term placements. Investment teams build their pipeline on one steady voice calling the same market week after week, so turnover costs them deals. Callers who stay reliable often work with the same client for years, and that history is what earns the raises and the higher bonus tiers.
