About VAinUSAWe place virtual assistants into real US jobs. No fees, ever.
VAinUSA connects skilled virtual assistants, hired from anywhere in the world, with real US companies that pay weekly in USD. We have done this since 2021, one honest placement at a time.

Our virtual assistant staffing story.
We started in 2021 to fix a problem we saw from both sides of the hiring table.
Remote work opened up fast, and two groups got left behind in the rush. Skilled people outside the US, often in the Philippines, Latin America, and Africa, could do excellent admin, sales, and support work but kept applying into silence, or worse, into scams asking for money up front. At the same time, small and mid size US companies wanted reliable long term help but did not have the time or process to vet remote candidates on their own.
VAinUSA was built to close that gap. We interview and skills check every candidate ourselves, then match each one to a specific US company and role, not a pool of anonymous gigs. Since 2021, that has made us a trusted virtual assistant job placement company for candidates who want a real, ongoing job and for US companies who want a teammate they can count on.
Here is the part that matters most, stated plainly: the US company that hires you pays VAinUSA a placement fee. You do not. That is the whole business model, and it is why VAinUSA is not a scam, not a call center, and not a scheme you buy into.
- The US company that hires you pays us. You never do.
- Applying, interviewing, and getting placed are all free, at every stage.
- We only accept applications at vainusa.com, nowhere else.
The person behind the placements.
Meet the founder placing remote workers into US careers.
Valentina Brega started VAinUSA in 2021 after watching the same two problems repeat: talented people abroad stuck applying into a void, and US companies burning hours trying to vet remote hires alone. She built VAinUSA to solve both sides at once, with real vetting, real matching, and real jobs instead of another job board.
"I have been placing overseas VAs into US careers since 2021. Every application that comes through still gets reviewed by a real person, because that is the part a scam can never fake."
That same team reviews every application today. You will talk to a person, not a bot, and you will hear back either way.
A real job, not a scheme.
Every part of how we work is built to prove we are not the scam you have been warned about.
Not to apply, not to interview, not to get placed. The US company hiring you pays us, so the cost never falls on you.
You join one US company's team in a long term seat, not a rotating shift or an anonymous gig pool.
Nothing to buy into and no one to recruit under you. It is a job. You do the work, you get paid every week.
We only accept applications through our own site. If someone reaches you elsewhere claiming to be us, it is not us.
Real pay on a real schedule, in USD, plus bonuses, deposited every week you work.
You are matched to one company's needs, with your own client and your own ongoing responsibilities.
How to spot a fake work from home offer.
Because the remote job space is full of scams, it is worth knowing what to look for before you apply anywhere, including with us.
Virtual assistant job scams how to avoid them: three warning signs.
- They ask for money up front. A "training fee," "starter kit," or "processing fee" before you start work is a scam. A real employer pays you, not the other way around.
- They ask for gift cards. No legitimate US company or staffing partner will ever ask you to buy gift cards, send crypto, or "reload" a card as part of hiring or training.
- They message you first, out of nowhere. An unsolicited text or chat message offering a high paying remote job with no application and no interview is almost always a scam.
Stop and check. VAinUSA never asks you for money, gift cards, or crypto at any stage, and we only accept applications at vainusa.com. If someone claiming to be us asks for either, it is not us.
